    Shipped UrbanPropIA — a PropTech SaaS for real-estate and urban-planning due diligence — from beta to a paying product used by real clients, while taking on two more products along the way.

    • Took UrbanPropIA from a beta to a paying product with real, paying users.
    • Built the AI features end to end: document extraction, a RAG copilot that answers questions citing exact regulations, and a multi-agent due-diligence report.
    • Integrated payments and subscriptions (Stripe), legally valid e-signature, and geospatial tooling that generates certificates from public mapping and cadastral data.
    • Moved all AI processing onto EU infrastructure for GDPR compliance and hardened the app for production.
    • Grew from developer toward a solutions-architect role, owning releases across three products at once.
